Signs include frequent faults, warm power points, flickering lights, old fabric-coated wiring, or a home that hasn’t been rewired in 40+ years. We can assess this for you.

Rough in is the wiring installed behind walls and ceilings before plastering. Fit-off is terminating and installing all light switches, power points, light fittings and any other electrical appliances of fittings once the space is finished.  

Yes, we regularly coordinate directly with builders and other trades to keep renovation timelines on track.

This depends on the size and access of the property. we’ll give you a clear timeframe as part of your quote.

Not usually for partial rewiring, though some rooms may be without power temporarily. Full rewires may require staying elsewhere for parts of the job. We’ll talk you through what to expect.

We turn up when we say we will, explain things clearly, and treat your home or business with respect. This means no mess, no jargon, no half-finished jobs. Beyond that, we’re just your local licensed electricians doing the job properly, every time.
